INGREDIENTS

• 10 to 15 fresh mint leaves
• 2 cl of homemade vanilla syrup
• 10 cl of Bourbon
• 2 cl of apple Bitter
• Cinnamon

PREPARATION

In a « julep » cup, put the fresh mint, the vanilla syrup, the apple bitter (4 drops), the bourbon and the crushed ice.

Mix vigorously without breaking the mint.

Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Add straws and serve.
