INGREDIENTS

• 2 cl of fresh lime
• 2 cl of cane sugar
• 5 cl of Bourbon Whisky
• 6 fresh raspberries
• 1 twig of fresh mint
• Sparkling water
• Crushed ice

PREPARATION

Crush, in the glass, the mint leaves, the lime, the cane sugar and the raspberries.

Fill the glass with crushed ice.

Pour 5 to 6 cl of Bourbon Whisky.

Add the sparkling water.

To decorate, put a few mint leaves and a raspberry on the crushed ice.
